Mark L. Meyer, Founder and CEO
Mark L. Meyer is the Founder and CEO of MLinc. Mark has worked in the mortgage industry and as a settlement services business and systems consultant for over 30 years. He founded MLinc in 1999 to offer creative solutions, expertise and insight to mortgage lenders and other settlement service providers in addressing critical business initiatives and opportunities. He has been a guest editorial contributor to Mortgage Banking Magazine, Real Estate Magazine, RESPAnews.com RESPRO Magazine and The MReport, among others, and is a requested lecturer and panel participant at settlement service industry forums. Mark was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Centex Technology, Inc., parent of Adfitech, Adfinet, and Loan Processing Technologies, all providing technology and services to the mortgage industry. Previously, Mark was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of another Centex entity, CTX Mortgage Company ("CTX"), the second largest non-bank-owned mortgage originator in the country at the time, and an affiliate of Centex Homes, one of the largest home builders in the nation. Mark was responsible for creating and implementing the ABA program for CTX. Prior to his time with CTX, Mark was the Director of Information Systems for Centex Corporation, the holding company. Before Centex, he spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), primarily in their financial services, real estate and manufacturing industry practices.
Charles Irsch, Partner
Charles is a Partner responsible for MLinc's ComplyMSA(TM) Valuation and SADR Services. He is the founder of 10point2 Consulting, a strategic practice which specializes in the alignment of information systems and technology with business performance metrics. Previously, Charles spent 10 years as Vice President, Information Systems and Chief Information Officer for Centex Homes, a $12 Billion real estate development and home building construction company with operations in the US and UK. At Centex Homes, he developed an award-winning IT/IS team recognized as a business technology leader in the industry, and was responsible for the development and leadership of the Company's retail strategies. Charles also has over 15 years experience as a systems and technology consultant, including 4 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and 8 years as principal/co-owner of Integrated Services, Inc., a successful technology consulting firm, where his clients included national mortgage originators and title/escrow services providers. He has worked with advertising, public relations and media businesses, including print and radio, and has experience in marketing, merchandising and direct sales. Charles has a BFA and MBA, with emphasis on Marketing, from Southern Methodist University.
Mike Gelhausen, Partner
Mike is a Partner responsible for MLinc's ComplyMSA(TM) Verification Services provided to clients on an outsource basis. Following a 21-year career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where Mike managed a global industry practice, he bought, founded and grew several companies. Mike has also served in leadership and Board capacities in local, national, and international non-profits. His technical, strategic, and organizational perspectives have helped many global corporations, non-profit and community organizations, and individuals. He is a successful business developer, manager and entrepreneur with experiences in both global and local business environments. Mike enjoys defining and managing large, complex, strategic and technical projects and has built and managed both global delivery and local service organizations. He has a BS in engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Steve Ingram, Partner
Steve is a Partner with responsibility for MLinc's ComplyOffice(TM) Valuation Services and for the daily operations of MLinc’s portfolio of valuation services: ComplyMSA(TM), ComplyOffice(TM) and ComplyWSA(TM). Prior to joining MLinc, Steve served as Vice President at Opus Faveo, a venture development firm, where he published research on the commercialization of university technology and advised startups in 3D printing, flexible electronics and health care technology. Prior to joining Opus Faveo, Steve served with Time Warner Cable as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Company’s West Region, and as Director of Marketing Sciences for the North Texas Division. Steve has a BA in Economics and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
