Mark L. Meyer is Founder and CEO of MLinc Solutions (“MLinc”), a nationwide provider of expertise, insight and innovative solutions to the residential settlement services industry since 1999. Having acquired over 800 clients, MLinc has established itself as an information consulting leader in bringing together companies to form complementary business relationships that improve consumer experience and the home buying process for all.
Mark has been a guest editorial contributor to Mortgage Banking Magazine, Real Estate Magazine, RESPAnews.com, RESPRO Magazine, The MReport, Mortgage Compliance Magazine, and October Research, among others, and is a requested lecturer and panel participant at settlement service industry forums. National Mortgage Professionals Magazine named MLinc a Visionary Organization in the mortgage banking industry. In addition, Mark was featured in the Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine and named by Silicon Review as one of 30 Most Inspiring Leaders to Watch in 2021.
Before forming MLinc, Mark gained CEO, COO and CIO-level experience with Centex Corporation. During his tenure with Centex, Mark ran an acquired company which was the leader in performing quality control audits for the mortgage industry, operated the 2nd largest non-bank-owned mortgage originator in the US, and directed information systems for one of the largest public homebuilding and construction companies in the country. Prior to Centex, he spent 10 years with a global management consulting company, implementing business solutions across a broad spectrum of industries. Mark earned his business degree from Southern Methodist University.
Mike is a Partner responsible for MLinc’s ComplyMSA™ Custom Valuation Services. Following a 21-year career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where Mike managed a global industry practice, he bought, founded and grew several companies. Mike has also served in leadership and Board capacities in local, national, and international non-profits. His technical,
strategic, and organizational perspectives have helped many global corporations, non-profit and community organizations, and individuals. He is a successful business developer, manager and entrepreneur with experiences in both global and local business environments. Mike enjoys defining and managing large, complex, strategic and technical projects and has built and managed both global delivery and local service organizations. He has a BS in engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Steve is a Partner with responsibility for MLinc’s ComplyOffice™ Valuation Services and for the daily operations of MLinc’s portfolio of valuation services: ComplyMSA™, ComplyOffice™ and ComplyWSA™. He is also responsible for MLinc’s ComplyMSA™ Verification Services provided to clients on an outsource basis. Prior to joining MLinc, Steve served as Vice President at Opus Faveo, a venture development firm, where he published research on the commercialization of university technology

Prior to joining Opus Faveo, Steve served with Time Warner Cable as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Company’s West Region, and as Director of Marketing Sciences for the North Texas Division. Steve has a BA in Economics and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Charles played a significant role in establishing MLinc’s ComplyMSA™, ComplyOffice™ and ComplyWSA™ Services beginning in 2011. He developed the methodologies used in MLinc Solutions’ fair market and general market valuations, and continues to advise on the maintenance and enhancement of the data sets and models.
Charles was the CIO for Centex Homes, a national homebuilder, where he developed an award-winning IT/IS team recognized as a business technology leader in the industry. Charles also has over 15 years experience as a systems and technology consultant, including 4 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and 8 years as principal/co-owner of Integrated Services, Inc., a successful technology consulting firm, where his clients included national mortgage originators and title/escrow services providers. He has worked with advertising, public relations and media businesses, including print and radio, and has experience in marketing, merchandising and direct sales. Charles has a BFA and MBA, with emphasis on Marketing, from Southern Methodist University.
